Subscription Services
Tax Leopard Pty Ltd provides three primary subscription tiers: Personal Plan, Essential Plan, and Pro Plan, each tailored to accommodate the different needs of our users. These subscription services are governed by the following terms:
‣ Personal Plan: Our free tier, ideal for individuals requiring basic services like tax return lodgements and ABN/GST registrations. This plan offers essential support without a monthly fee.
‣ Essential Plan: Priced at $11.99 per month or $110 annually, this plan includes a range of features such as bank account linking, receipt uploading, a digital logbook, invoicing and quoting, profit and loss reports, and detailed transaction reports. This plan is designed for users needing comprehensive record-keeping and financial tracking tools.
‣ Pro Plan: Priced at $24.99 per month or $249 annually,This premium subscription includes all the features of the Essential Plan plus additional services such as Ask-Accountant email support for personalized accounting advice, and access to the GST Report for self-managed BAS lodgement. The Pro Plan is ideal for users seeking more tailored financial guidance and advanced reporting capabilities. Scope: Our Ask-Accountant email support is limited to providing general tax advice and tax advice specifically for your sole trader business based on the data available on the TaxLeopard platform. Exclusions: We do not provide advice for other business entities you may own or consider potential dividends, distributions, or any other forms of external income. We focus on maximising tax savings only. All tax minimisation strategies provided are fully compliant with Australian tax laws and ATO regulations
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
‣ Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment details on file unless you cancel the subscription. We will notify you before renewal to ensure continuity of service.
‣ Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have
access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for any remaining portion of the subscription period once a cancellation is processed.
